Without a doubt the worst Pad Thai I have ever had . How can you call thick tasteless noodles (I mean tasteless), mixed with large pieces of chopped carrot, add a few spouts and top with a dried out lime. How can you call THAT "Pad Thai" ... it was an insult to real Thai cooking. This place rates 0 - AVOID

On our trip to Colorado Springs, I saw this place. Hearing that it had good mac and cheese, I went in for lunch. I had the Wisconsin Mac and Cheese and I can only say that it was absolutely delicious! I'm just sorry that this company is not more wide spread in California...just two--up near San Francisco and down near San Diego. I'm voting for more in between in our state!!!

I'm sorry that I had forgotten how good this chain is: fresh, hot, well-spiced. The staff is friendly, the service is fast, and the price is right.

Ever since Nothing but Noodles closed down in my neck of the woods (NM) I've sought out this place every time I come to Colorado. This location was like all of the others: delicious and clean. If you are looking for good affordable noodles this is the place to go. My only complaint about this place is that the food takes a bit to get out but it's better that they prepare it fresh than them pulling it out of a freezer (a la panera). On this particular occasion, I had the pesto pasta and an order of tomato bisque which I had to literally stuff down my throat because it was so good and I was so full. I didn't even get around to the potstickers. If your a noodle fan like I am give this place a whirl.

We enjoy this chain. It's nothing outstanding, but consistently good in the various ones we've been at. This one is a pretty typical restaurant for the chain: good, but not great. The service was quite friendly. I'm sure we will be back again.

As a vegetarian I used to like going to Noodles. However, I was away for awhile and upon return discovered the menu changed so that now my favorite dishes are listed with meat as an ingredient. I was told when I placed my order that "you can pick out the meat." Really! Clearly that person does not understand the concept and the chef apparently ignores it as well. I found the delivery of the comment to be rather rude. Also, the single-nozzle digital soft drink dispenser appears to have been designed to slow down the soft drink line which it does very well. I would suppose some patrons are pleased with the changes. I am not and I have other excellent restaurant choices available so Noodles & Company is off my list.

While I'd been to Noodles & Company back in high school, I rediscovered the chain a few weeks back, and I can honestly say that I've now never been more certain of my claim that the great state of Coloado dishes out better fast casual chains than anyone in the world (see: Chipotle, Qdoba, etc.) Star 1: How was the service and atmosphere? Brilliant. This location in particular has an absolutely fantastic staff, and the stand-alone structure trumps the smaller strip-mall locations that I've frequented in the past. Order at the front, take a seat, and you can expect table service in only a few minutes. Star Granted. Star 2: How were the portions relative to the cost? The last time I had serving sizes this good was... well, Chipotle, and being that Chipotle would be my last meal on this earth without a second guess, Noodles & Co. easily grabs the star here. Check it out: yelp.com/user_local_phot… yelp.com/user_local_phot… Star Granted. Stars 3 and 4: How was the food? Pasta is admittedly hard to mess up, but it's also hard to really exceed what is by default pretty average expectation in many cases. However, Noodles nails it in every way. Fresh pasta, great sauces, customization options all over the place, and fantastic soups and salads. These are some of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. Dual Stars Granted. Star 5: Would you eat here every day if you could? If I'm in the mood for virtually any pasta dish that exists? Absolutely. Noodles & Company is perfect. Star Granted.

First, I love Noodles&Company, but this location isn't up to the standard I expect. I have been there three times and twice I have ordered the Mac&Cheese and didn't have enough cheese for the the noodles. This last time I had a 1/3 of the entree without cheese. Some of Apart from this the store seems fine. Serve was fine, line was short, and my order came quick (just poorly prepared).

I love the Japanese noodles! The spaghetti and meet balls are a very generous portion and can be shared.

Years ago when I was thinking about moving here to Colorado Springs and was visiting a friend took me to "Noodles". I have loved it ever since. There has never been anything that I ordered that I haven't thoroughly enjoyed. By far my favorite item on the delicious menu is the Med Salad with Parmesan Crusted Chicken. So so so good! The Mac 'N Cheese is excellent as well, and many times I get that as a side to my salad. Cheese and carbs is a beautiful thing.

I love Noodles & Company. Every one of their dishes is tasty. My personal favorite is the Buttered Noodles with the optional Parmesan chicken breast. Add some flat bread and I'm golden.

I came here with a little trepidation, as my first introduction to this chain in downtown Denver was a bland inedible mess where we walked out after a couple of bites. But with the crowd that I saw inside, I figured that maybe there was something to this Noodles thing. so I gave them another shot. My honest opinion: It's okay. Not great, but not terrible. N&Co is trying to be all things to all people, with everything from Asian to Italian to American styles of noodles on the menu, and the end result is kind of average. You would expect that if you ordered chicken pad thai you would get the chicken stir-fried into the dish and let it get some flavor. But because it's all mass-produced, the chicken is grilled separately and tossed on top, so if you add protein to your carbs, you'd better like bland protein because they make absolutely no attempt to season it. The patio off to the side in the strip mall is a nice touch. (and yes, this is a strip mall, not a free-standing restaurant) I suspect that eating on the patio on a beautiful spring day is what led me to give this three stars instead of two, because Noodles & Company must cater to people who like to eat really bland food. I ate here because I didn't want to eat something I could get at home (Panera, Chiptole in the same center) but I don't find myself wishing I could come back to Colorado just to eat at Noodles & Company. It's not bad, but it's not very good, either.

Good food and service. All the food tasted great and it was hot.

Bland food, expensive for what you get. I ordered the Ramen-which doesn't taste very close to ramen, let alone true ramen. I'm from California and while the ingredients are similar, the flavors do not meld. Meh. In fact very bizarre flavor. Pulled pork does not belong in there.

I was really excited that they had an allergen sheet here but I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't eat anything except for 1 sandwich. The sandwich was dry, bland, and poorly throw together. Before I knew about my allergies I loved Noodles & Company. I didn't feel comfortable asking for the allergen sheet. It looked like I scared the cashier when I did. There was a line behind me which is always embarrassing. I hate having to check through each of the lists. It also took what felt like 10 minutes for them to find the sheet. I felt so bad. Then I realized I could hardly eat a thing there. It was really disappointing. I want to give them a 3 because I'm sure their other food is great but I give them a 2 because the sandwich I had was "meh" and the service was equally "meh". /:

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
